The manufacturer is not liable for damages caused by non-observance of the instructions or by unauthorized modifications to the product. In these cases, it also leads to the loss of warranty and guarantee claims.
Maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel. Only original spare parts from the manufacturer may be used. Do not use furniture with visible damage.
Assembly
Open the packaging carefully. When using a knife or other sharp, pointed object, product parts can be damaged. Before starting assembly, check the parts of the item for completeness and integrity using the assembly instructions. Use only original parts from the manufacturer. In case of missing or damaged parts, contact your specialist dealer. Proceed carefully with the assembly of the item and follow the assembly instructions. To avoid damage during assembly, place your furniture only on a flat, clean, and non-slip surface. Do not let your children play unsupervised with the components and packaging material. They can injure themselves, swallow small parts or, for example, suffocate with plastic material.

The user bears sole responsibility for damages resulting from unintended use and non-observance of warnings and safety instructions. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damages caused by improper use that do not comply with the requirements defined in the GPSR.
