Order, Shipping, and Complaints – Simple and Transparent

Order After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. Here you will find all the important details of your purchase. Please review the information at your leisure and then complete the payment if still necessary. As soon as we receive your payment, we will, of course, inform you by email. Afterwards, we will prepare your order for shipping and keep you updated on its status, also by email.

Shipping We generally ship our products with DHL, UPS, GLS, or Hermes. Should your package be particularly large or have a special address, we will select a suitable service provider or the forwarding agent Bejot. Most deliveries will reach you on the next business day. You can flexibly decide when and where your package should be delivered via the shipping service provider – for example, to neighbors or your workplace. If you are not at home, the package is usually left with neighbors. Alternatively, you can arrange a new delivery appointment free of charge or pick up your package at the depot or a parcel shop. Please note: Telephone notification of delivery is unfortunately not possible.

Complaints Should something arrive damaged or a part be missing despite the greatest care – whether large components or small screws – we will, of course, replace the affected parts quickly and free of charge. Simply tell us which individual parts or part numbers, according to the service card, are affected. Your complaint is our highest priority, and we will promptly take care of everything else. We also handle the processing with the shipping service provider for you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
