We provide a dealer guarantee for the product offered.
Warranty conditions:
In addition to your statutory rights for defects, we grant you a 3-year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The guarantee period begins on the invoice date. Our guarantee is geographically limited to the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur on the goods you have purchased during this period, we will provide you with one of the following services of our choice within the scope of the guarantee:
§ free repair of the goods or
§ free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model, if the original goods are no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods due to
§ abusive or improper handling
§ environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
§ disregard of any safety precautions
§ disregard of the operating instructions
§ application of force (e.g. impact, bump, drop)
§ unauthorised repair attempts
§ normal wear and tear
To claim the warranty, you must enable us to inspect the warranty case in advance by sending in the goods. In doing so, care must be taken to avoid damage during transport by means of appropriate packaging.
To apply for the warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment. We ask for your understanding that we may refuse the warranty service without this invoice copy. The submission of the invoice copy serves to calculate the warranty period.
If it is a justified warranty claim, the warranty will be processed for you free of charge. Any shipping costs incurred by you will then be reimbursed by us.
Note:
Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this guarantee promise and can be claimed by you free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us therefore remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
