Returns Process: Fast, Easy, and Stress-Free!
At Homes & Jones, we know that sometimes things don't quite fit as you imagined. Our returns process is just as uncomplicated and flexible as our furniture.
Step 1: Contact Us
If you would like to return a product, simply send us an email at service@homes-jones.com or call us at 0800 – 28 300 05. Our friendly support team is ready to assist you.
Step 2: Receive Your Return Label
As soon as we receive your return request, we will send you a pre-paid return label via email. Print it out and stick it on the package.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
Pack your items securely and completely in the original packaging (if it is no longer available, please use similar sturdy packaging). Take the package to the nearest parcel shop or arrange a collection – entirely to your preference.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange
As soon as your package arrives with us, we will inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange. The money will be refunded immediately via the same method you used for payment. If you have chosen an exchange, we will send you the new items as quickly as possible.

You have 30 days from receipt of the goods. Enough time to make sure everything fits.
