- Describe your concern: Briefly tell us what problem you're experiencing. To process it quickly, we need some information from you:
- Your order number
- The name of the affected product and, if available, the part number from the assembly instructions
- One or two pictures showing the defect would be super helpful!
- Spare Parts and Solutions: We will send you the necessary spare parts free of charge. If we cannot solve the problem with this, we will find a suitable solution together – whether it's an exchange or a refund.
